The home is seperated into two wings. One wing is accommodation and the bathrooms. A breezeway seperates the bedrooms from the living areas. The other wing consists of formal lounge/dining room, kitchen and family room.

The main room has a queen size bed and tucked away in its own alcove are 2 single beds. This room has its own ensuite with a bath as well as a shower. There are two entrances to this room, the first is straight in from the carport and on the other side glass sliding doors which led out to a balcony with outdoor setting. There is a tv, video, fridge, ceiling fan and air conditioner.

2nd bedroom has queen size bed with own entrance leading out to a balcony. Fridge and air conditioner.

3rd bedroom has queen size bed and air conditioner. Large windows looking out to the garden and pool.

4th bedroom has 2 single beds, air conditioner and views looking out to the garden.

2nd bathroom with shower and wc accross hallway to bedrooms.

The breezeway is our entrance and a lovely room to just sit and relax. Glassed in doors on either side to gardens. Another shower and wc.

The formal lounge has tv, dvd, austar, ceiling fan, books for you to enjoy. Also a dining suite for your formal meals. Glassed in doors opening out to the mountains.

The kitchen is very large, all appliances, microwave, gas stove top, electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge. Breakfast bar and pantry with all utensils and crockery etc.

The family room has a lounge and dining suite for entertaining with magazines to read.ceiling fan ,open fireplace and a stereo if you like a bit of music. Glassed in doors and windows so you can make the most of the views.

Laundry with washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

Balcony is another room in itself. Outdoor setting with BBQ. Fully enclosed so need not worry if its rain or shine and the little ones cant escape.

The games room for you to enjoy has a pool table, dart board board games and a bar for you to relax and have a drink.

The pool area is just great for unwinding with a 10 metre pool and a hot tub which is undercover. Plenty of spots to sit and lap up the sun, or a nice shady spot to read a book.
